NOTES 2009:

8.24.09 // Here are the leagues I am doing this year:

1. Guts and Glory - $30
2. RT Sports 'King of the Mountain', 2 entries - $15
3. Fantasy Bowl Money League - $20
4. Superbolt Yahoo League - FREE

Fealko is not playing this year. Josh Bryant is taking over his spot, which should be fun. I'm liking my 5th place spot in the draft order - here's hoping for a good draft!

9.1.09 // Not too confident in my team, It seemed like I was a pick or two away from having the team I wanted almost every round. Because we are doing 2 QBs this year, they went off the board fast, and it made for a wierd draft. Here are my picks:

1. Peyton Manning - I'm the 5th pick and 3 QBs were gone already.
2. DeAngelo Williams - Hopefully he stays healthy
3. Chris Johnson RB TEN - Tennessee is struggling hopefully it works out
4. Jay Cutler QB - needed a QB, this guy is iffy but was the best available
5. Steve Smith WR - needed a WR, top ones all gone
6. Greg Jennings - now all my main starting positions are filled
7. Thomas Jones RB - decent back up from the jets
8. Eli Manning - QBs were thin at this point, needed a decent back up
9. Darren McFadden RB - Oakland sucks but he was the best RB available
10. DeSean Jackson WR - was unsure which backup WR to get, hopefully this works out
11. Jericho Cotchery WR - was unsettled with jackson so i grabbed another reserve WR
12. Greg Olsen - decent TE
13. Eagles - Missed the Titans by 2 picks
14. Redskins - Here's my token Redskin pick
15. Kevin Boss - reserve TE
16. Robbie Gould - Do we have to pick a K? heh.

9.9.09 // ok the season starts tomorrow!! Here is the breakdown of what I am thinking prior to the games.

For G&G I like my chances. I benched Chirs Johnson, my third pick in favor of McFadden - the Titans play the Steelers tomorrow night and I just think I will score more with McFadden this week. JOsh has a higher guru than me, but I think it will be a close matchup.

For Fantasy Bowl, I like my team and think I have a very good chance of winning my division.

For RTSports I have picked San Diego over Oakland and the Siants over Detroit. Basically just picking against what I think are the 2 worst teams in the NFL.

For the Superbolt Yahoo league, my auto-pick team is ok, but it will be a close matchup this week. Just have to see how it plays out. Going over the Bryants home tomorrow night for the Steeler game. Can't wait!

9.14.09 // I am up by 29 points and Josh has Randy Moss left. I should be ok, although you never know. I'm up in Fantasybowl by 11 and he has his D left, I should be ok there as well but it will be close. Lost in the SUperbolt league, and if the Chargers win tongiht I will have gotten through the Pick Em League unscathed.

10.27.09 // Doing awesome in G&G, only lost once. NOt so great in the other leagues though. Made it to week 6 in the pick em league.

11.3.09 // crushed josh, won in yahoo had a good game in fantasybowl but lost. Got to start looking at playoff schedules and make sure my matchups look good.

12.22.09 // Beat Bob to get into Championship game. Shallon is my foe - he has great matchups. I don't expect to win but at least I'll match the all time record for best season, and I have the all time high game now and also highest scoring season. Suh-weet!

12.29.09 // Bummer dude. I didn't follow my gut. I kept telling myself to put in harrison instead of williams at RB and I ended up just leaving my team the way it was. Which cost me the championship. Doh!
